Directions: Twist the cap open allowing a small amount of oil to flow through. REMEMBER A LITTLE GOES A LONG WAY!! Apply oil directly to the scalp, parting in 1 to 2 inch sections until entire head is complete. Then rub a small amount into the palm of your hands to lightly apply to the ends of the hair strand, starting at the mid way point or below then working your way down. Then gently massage your scalp for 3 to 5 mins focusing more on your problem areas. Then style as usual. At night sleep with satin scarf, bonnet, or pillow case. This oil may be applied to dry or damp hair. It can also be added to your favorite hair care products such as leave in conditioner or a twist out creme. Can also be used as a hot oil treatment or deep conditioner when added to a conditioner. You may use it before shampooing your hair so that the shampoo doesn't strip your hair. Recommended use is 2 to 3 times a week, but can be used more if necessary. LISTEN TO YOUR HAIR, IT WILL LET YOU KNOW WHAT IT NEEDS AND WHEN. (examples: when it's dry, itchy, flaky, stiff, split ends, breakage, thinning, balding, hard to manage/ detangle, excessive shedding, won't grow, etc) JUST APPLY OIL and remember low manipulation & consistency is key. Protective styles a great but you must still perform routine hair maintenance underneath. Stop using 979,827,347 products it isn't necessary. Just keep hair/scalp clean and moisturized.
