Directions: Starting with clean & wet skin, apply the product using your hands or a washcloth. Rub in small, circular motions from neck to feet. Do NOT use on your face. (see face scrubs options, it's less abrasive) These circular motions will stimulate blood circulation to promote healthier looking skin. It will also help unclog pores and remove dead skin cells.
